I spent a little time with my tomatoes today. Some of the vines have begun to die. I cleaned up the dead vines and picked the ripe tomatoes. We have had such a great year for tomatoes. We have already eaten so many and there are even more left to ripen. Here is a picture of the beauties that I picked today.


Oh God we are grateful for the sun and rain and rich soil that have brought us this gift. We thank you for all of the gifts in our life. Amen

We are having a busy week here. Monday we cleaned house and did a little laundry. So that we would include some fun in our day we decided on a couple of games of cribbage and a little happy hour.


Tuesday I woke up and decided it was time to paint the hallway. We have put it off for nearly a year. I taped and did the side walls and Ronnie painted the ceiling. We made pretty quick work of it except for all of those pictures that have to be rehung. Ronnie is working on that right now.
