It has been for ever since I posted and so many things have happened in the meantime. I am going to start with Easter weekend. We were invited to join Dan, D'Lynn, Joe, Sam, Will and Anna and Pat Seier and Allen and Dara and little Gilly Green. We had a fantastic weekend.
We started things with Holy Thursday , went for Good Friday service and finally the Easter Vigil. The Omaha Buck's attend a wonderful church and the services and choir are always outstanding. Holy Thursday is always the most meaningful service of the year for me. I am always touched by the traditional and humbling experience that begins this night. I am sure that there are very few years when a few tears do not come to my eyes at the thought of Christ's journey and sacrifice for each of us.
The food was outstanding and the company was even better. I managed to get into a few games and I do always enjoy that. We are looking forward to a fun Memorial Day weekend coming up.
