Tonight's dinner was a delicious low fat pizza.

1 6" pizza crust
2T Low fat Alfredo sauce
1/2 Grilled chicken breast (2oz)
2T Skim Mozzarella Cheese
Spinach to cover pizza
Chopped Onion
Cherry tomatoes

Cover pizza crust with Alfredo sauce. Spinach should cover the top of the pizza. Add chicken breast, onion, tomatoes and top with mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes.

A very fond and happy memory of my childhood. I spent many days and weeks in this home. I actually lived here for the first couple of years of my life.

Family Reunion

We spent the weekend of July 17 and 18 at the Reynolds family reunion. It was great fun and in spite of all the heat we really enjoyed ourselves. The crowd was not as big as some years and that was too bad because my cousin, Mike Hansen and wife, Debbie went to a lot of trouble to make everything so special.
We did have family from Wyoming, Arizona, Missouri, Davenport, Waterloo and Algona. We just had a great time. Lots of activities and visiting.
