An update from this spring.

I am so far behind that all of my news is old news.  On April 21 Cathy and Eric came to our house for an overnight visit.  What a great catch up we had with them.  It had been so long since we had been together, just the 4 of us that the talk was nonstop.  We are planning a trip to visit them as soon as time permits.  They are a fun couple to be with.

One week later Ruth and Mary Jane arrived.  We traveled with them to South Dakota for a surprise birthday party for Trish as she turned 60.  We spent two nights with Steve and Peggy and just had the best time as we always do with the Besch/Bartleson families.  Trish was so surprised and her family was delighted to be able to surprise her.

There was lots of music and singing and visiting and food and of course a little drink here and there.  It was so worth the ride up and back just to have all of the family around. 

It was an exciting trip as you can well see.  Actually many laughs.  This was break time.
