The sun is shining in the south of Texas and we are looking for an end to this unseasonably cold weather. There was a freeze the last two nights and they are worried for the citrus groves and the sugar cane fields. It is amazing how far south that artic cold blast came.
We are well. Enjoying the company of our neighbors and looking forward to getting outside. We have played cards, visited and complained loudly about our weather. A day out in the sun will be much appreciated. Last night we came home from church to find that our propane tank was empty and there was no place to get another one until Sunday at 9AM. Thanks to our neighbors the Hock's, we are now hooked up to the tank from their gas grill.
We are hearing reports from Iowa about the cold and the snow. This seems like mild weather compared to that. Love to all at home and stay warm.
That is not good to be out of propane. Hope you got that all fixed up. Did the water pipes end up freezing on you? I know you were worried about that.
