Dinner

Tonight's dinner was a delicious low fat pizza.

1 6" pizza crust
2T Low fat Alfredo sauce
1/2 Grilled chicken breast (2oz)
2T Skim Mozzarella Cheese
Spinach to cover pizza
Chopped Onion
Cherry tomatoes

Cover pizza crust with Alfredo sauce. Spinach should cover the top of the pizza. Add chicken breast, onion, tomatoes and top with mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes.
