We arrived at Ron and Georgie's in Arnolds Park on Friday afternoon.
Friday evening we went to "The Outrigger" for dinner. We met several of the Hock's friends and now when they talk about them we will have some idea who they are talking about. We enjoyed the evening very much. One of their friends was a Besch from Whittimore and so we have many relatives in common and just had a great conversation.
Saturday morning we got up and enjoyed a few more hours of visiting before we left for New Ulm to attend a 50th wedding anniversary for Dennis and Dolores Franta.
The celebration started with a polka Mass. It was really fun and we enjoyed the music and singing very much. After Mass there was a dinner and dance at the parish hall. We were able to meet the children of the Franta's. What a nice family. Dennis and Dolores seemed so touched that we would come all that way to be with them.

Saturday night we drove back to Arnolds Park and spent the night with Ron and Georgie. Sunday morning Ron Hock fixed a couple of Bloody Mary's and a nice breakfast before we started home. They are awesome friends. Always something to talk or laugh about.
