Quilting room and all things quilting
2nd floor of the Varied Industries Building

Mary on the south side of one of the newest buildings on the fairgrounds, the equistrian center. Note the colorful quilting pattern blocks along the side of the building, one (and sometimes 2) for each county in the state.
What a fun way to spend a summer day! That is what retirement is alllll about, right? Mary, I love the adirondak (sp?) chairs too. I read an article about them once...did you know that the arms are made to be wide and flat so there is no need for a side table for your drink? LOVE that!
ReplyDeleteThese were actually made of recycled plastic. I loved the bright colors.
ReplyDeleteYou guys are all about the Fair! Sounds like a great time with some great friends.
