Spaghetti Squash Marinara

We had a delicious dinner tonight.  It was Spaghetti Squash Marinara and it was low calorie and we both really liked it.  I wish I would have taken a picture before we started.

Spaghetti Squash Marinara

1 medium spaghetti squash
1 jar of spaghetti sauce with garlic
1/4 cup of grated cheese.  We used 4 cheese.

Bake squash upside down at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.  While the squash was cooking, I browned 1 lb. of  lean ground beef.  I put 1/2 of the spaghetti sauce on the ground beef and heated the other half alone.  When the squash was baked I took a fork and pulled the squash from the skin and it looked like spaghetti.   We dished it up and added the toppings that we wanted.  Try it you will like it.
